- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may request a refund within 7 days of reporting the issue.

- Subscription renewals where the cancellation was not requested prior to the renewal date.
- Any downloadable materials or certificates that have been issued.
